It includes sections on French diplomacy of the War 1914 to 18, the Peace Settlement, from Versailles to the Ruhr and the Dawes Plan, the Franco-Italian Rapprochement, the Franco-Soviet Treaty of Mutual Assistance and the policies around the beginning of the next War.
