This final book from Rosemarie Said Zahlan, renowned scholar of Middle East Politics and History, explores the relationships between Palestine and the Gulf since the 1930s. These relationships have ebbed and flowed, crisscrossed barriers and events, and taken on different forms. They have pervaded national, regional and international relationships, have been bilateral and multilateral in nature, and have appeared and disappeared unexpectedly from the public arena.
