The Christian Trauma Survivor’s Workbook is a step-by-step guide for supporting Christians who have a history of trauma. The workbook offers four research-supported skills—attention, focus on the present moment, awareness, and acceptance—to help Christians shift from trauma-based patterns of ruminative thinking that can keep them stuck and make trauma symptoms worse to focusing on God.
