This work details the proceedings of the JSPS/NSF Symposium, on Time-Resolved Vibrational Spectroscopy, held in Honolulu, Hawaii 18-22 November 1985. Involving primarily Japanese and American scientists, topics were divided into Biochemical Systems, Nonlinear and Coherent Spectroscopy, Chemistry, and Theory.
