Today, math is considered to be a special subject in preschool because of its relationship to students´ processes of learning and development. When children start preschool, they already possess the early knowledge, experience and ability that form the basis for further learning. Level B of I can do math! is organized into eleven distinct areas in accordance with the developmental characteristics of the corresponding age group. These areas are colors, shapes, sizes, positions, logical reasoning, quantifying, grouping, logical sequences, numbers, numerical series and addition.
